Different perspectives.
Shared ambition.

We build thoughtful software, useful AI, and digital experiences that make complexity feel clear. Based in Sweden. Open to what comes next.

Small details.
A wider perspective.

Endrare brings product thinking and software engineering together around one ambition: make things that work beautifully in the real world.

We get close to a problem before choosing a solution. From the first conversation to the interface and the infrastructure underneath it, we care about making the whole experience feel clear.

Our work spans product development, AI applications, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure. The portfolio brings those disciplines together through active builds, research, and practical tools.

The founder / Deependra Sai Kumar Reddy

A builder’s mind.
A human perspective.

Endrare is led by Deependra, a software builder based in Sweden with a background in backend development, cloud infrastructure, and product thinking.

Working in fast-paced restaurant operations shaped his approach to software. Unclear schedules, scattered updates, and decisions made without context became the starting point for Skift, and a lasting interest in systems that reduce everyday friction.

The projects here reflect that journey. The journal keeps the personal perspective behind the work, through case studies and field notes written by Deependra.

What we bring to the table
  • Product thinking and practical workflow design
  • Backend development and API architecture
  • Cloud infrastructure, deployment, and observability
  • AI applications and useful automation
  • Interfaces that help people make clear decisions

We’re open to product collaborations, software projects, and thoughtful partnerships. Deependra is also open to engineering opportunities.

A few things we care about

The experience is
the whole thing.

Good work is more than a screen, a model, or a deployment. It is the connection between a useful idea and the people who will rely on it.

01

Make the problem visible.

Understand the people, the existing workflow, and the constraints. A shared view of the problem gives design and engineering a useful starting point.

02

Let evidence guide the next step.

Use prototypes, representative examples, and clear evaluation criteria to learn where an idea works and where it still needs attention.

03

Care for what happens afterwards.

Documentation, ownership, observability, and maintenance belong in the conversation from the beginning. A handover should leave the next person with a system they can understand.
