A complete software perspective

A better customer experience. A calmer internal workflow. A platform ready for its next chapter. The technology is a means to an outcome. We start with the outcome.

01 / Applied AI

Intelligence, with intention.

AI that belongs in the workflow. Designed around useful outcomes, clear permissions, and people who stay in control.

01

AI automation & connected workflows

Turn repetitive, multi-step work into useful workflows with clear controls.

Connect the tools, decisions, and handoffs behind everyday operations. Endrare designs AI-assisted workflows that can classify information, prepare work, and take narrowly defined actions across your systems. The focus is a manageable process with explicit permissions, human approval where needed, and a clear way to inspect failures. Start with one useful workflow, then expand when the evidence supports it.

Where this can help +
  • Classify incoming enquiries, draft a response, and queue the next step for approval.
  • Extract information from documents and prepare records for review before saving.
  • Coordinate a recurring operations task across email, a CRM, and internal tools.

What we can deliver

  • Workflow map defining triggers, permitted actions, approval points, and exception paths.
  • Working integration with execution logs, retry handling, and an agreed fallback.
  • Evaluation cases and a runbook covering ownership, monitoring, and operating costs.

Useful when recurring work follows a recognisable process but still needs judgment. A strong starting point has an owner, accessible systems, and a way to compare results against the current workflow before expanding its scope.

02

Internal knowledge AI assistants

Make internal knowledge easier to find, with sources people can check.

Build an assistant around the documents and systems your business already uses. Endrare brings selected knowledge into a searchable experience that answers questions with source references and respects the access boundaries defined for the project. The work includes content preparation, retrieval, evaluation, and upkeep so the assistant can acknowledge missing information instead of presenting an unsupported answer as fact.

Where this can help +
  • Find relevant policies and explain the next step with links to the original documents.
  • Help new colleagues navigate onboarding guidance and frequently used resources.
  • Retrieve technical notes, past decisions, and product documentation from selected repositories.

What we can deliver

  • Source inventory, access model, and content ingestion and refresh pipeline.
  • Assistant interface with source citations and handling for uncertain or missing answers.
  • Representative evaluation set and guidance for correcting content and maintaining coverage.

Useful when information is scattered across documents and tools, and people repeatedly ask similar questions. Start with a defined audience and a maintained set of sources rather than trying to index everything at once.

03

AI customer service & support tools

Help customers find answers and give support staff better context.

Introduce AI where it can support a better service experience: answering documented questions, gathering useful context, or drafting replies for a person to review. Endrare defines what the system may answer, what it should avoid, and when it should hand over. Customer-facing automation is evaluated against representative enquiries, with particular attention to unsupported answers, account access, and escalation paths.

Where this can help +
  • Answer common product questions using approved help content and visible source links.
  • Summarise a support conversation and suggest a draft reply for review.
  • Collect troubleshooting details and route a request to the appropriate support queue.

What we can deliver

  • Support scope covering approved topics, escalation rules, and restricted actions.
  • Integrated assistant or support copilot with context transfer for human handover.
  • Evaluation report and launch guidance covering answer quality, feedback, and monitoring.

Useful when common enquiries are well understood and reliable support content exists. Start with a limited topic set and an available human fallback, especially when conversations involve account changes, payments, or sensitive customer information.

AI readiness, security & data exposure reviews

Understand an AI system’s access, data flows, and practical safeguards.

Review a proposed or existing AI workflow within an agreed technical scope. Endrare maps the information it receives, where that information travels, what tools it can use, and which people can access the results. The review examines relevant configuration and misuse scenarios, then records findings, limitations, and remediation options. It is a scoped technical review, not a certification or security guarantee.

Where this can help +
  • Map what an internal assistant can retrieve across documents, roles, and connected tools.
  • Review a proposed automation’s permissions, approval controls, logging, and third-party data paths.
  • Assess agreed prompt-injection and unintended disclosure scenarios in a controlled test environment.

What we can deliver

  • Data-flow and permission map, with the review boundaries and evidence recorded.
  • Prioritised findings describing exposure scenarios, affected components, and recommended safeguards.
  • Remediation plan with accountable owners and agreed checks for any implemented changes.

Useful before connecting AI to internal knowledge, customer data, or tools that can take action. Also useful when an existing prototype needs a documented access review and a practical list of changes before wider use.

02

Mobile application development

Create mobile experiences that make sense in the places people use them.

Build mobile applications around the tasks users need to complete on their phones. Endrare helps define the platform approach, designs the core journeys, and connects the app to the services it needs. Device permissions, network interruptions, notifications, and release requirements are considered in the scope so the experience works beyond a polished prototype on a single test device.

Where this can help +
  • Create a field-work app for capturing information and syncing it when a connection returns.
  • Build a companion app that gives customers access to an existing web service.
  • Prototype and implement a mobile product’s essential onboarding and repeat-use journeys.

What we can deliver

  • Platform recommendation, core app flows, and an agreed device and OS support scope.
  • Application builds with backend connections and checks across selected devices and conditions.
  • Release preparation and handover notes covering signing, store submission, and maintenance.

Useful when the product benefits from on-the-go access, device capabilities, or a dedicated mobile experience. Start by confirming that a mobile app serves the core task better than a responsive website for its intended users.

03

Product strategy & UX design

Clarify what to build and make the essential user journeys easier to follow.

Turn a broad idea or a frustrating product experience into a clear direction for design and development. Endrare works through user needs, business constraints, and the decisions hidden inside a feature request. Flows and prototypes make assumptions visible early, while a prioritised scope gives implementation a useful starting point. Research and usability checks can be included where access permits.

Where this can help +
  • Define a first product release around the few tasks users need most.
  • Redesign a confusing onboarding or checkout flow and test the proposed changes.
  • Prototype an internal tool before committing to a larger implementation.

Data pipelines, APIs & integrations

Connect systems and make the movement of business data understandable.

Bring the right information into the right system without relying on repeated manual transfers. Endrare builds APIs, integrations, and data pipelines with attention to ownership, validation, and failure handling. The work starts by understanding what each field means and which system is authoritative, then defines how changes move, how errors are surfaced, and how people can reconcile the results.

Where this can help +
  • Synchronise selected records between a CRM, an internal application, and a reporting system.
  • Build an API that gives a partner or frontend controlled access to application data.
  • Consolidate operational data into a reporting pipeline with agreed refresh and validation rules.

A few things, answered

Before we
begin.

Talk through your project
I know the problem, but not the solution. Where do we start?+

Bring the workflow, product, or technical issue you want to improve. A short description of who is affected, what happens today, and where the friction appears is enough to begin. Screenshots, sample documents, or an existing system walkthrough can help. The first step is to define a useful outcome and decide whether a scoped discovery, review, prototype, or implementation is the right next move.

Does every project need AI?+

No. A straightforward integration, clearer interface, or deterministic automation may solve the problem more reliably. AI is worth considering when interpreting language or working with variable information adds practical value. The decision should account for error tolerance, available data, privacy requirements, and ongoing costs. Where uncertainty is high, a small evaluation can establish whether AI is useful before a larger build is scoped.

Can you work with our existing software and tools?+

Yes, an engagement can focus on an existing application, integration, or infrastructure setup. The initial assessment looks at code access, documentation, APIs, platform restrictions, and who owns the relevant systems. It then identifies what can be improved safely within the agreed scope. If an external vendor, missing access, or an unsupported dependency limits the work, that dependency is made explicit before implementation is committed.

How are sensitive data and AI access handled?+

The scope should identify which data is needed, who may access it, which services receive it, and what actions the system may take. Representative or redacted data can be used for early evaluation where practical. Provider settings, retention, permissions, and approval controls are reviewed for the agreed use case. Security review findings are limited to the systems and scenarios examined; formal certification and legal compliance advice are outside that review.

How are scope, cost, and timing agreed?+

After the initial discussion, the proposal sets out the deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Fees and timing depend on that scope and are agreed before the work starts. If a material unknown prevents a useful estimate, a smaller discovery or assessment can resolve it first. New requirements are discussed in terms of their effect on scope, cost, and timing before they are added.

Who will I work with, and what happens after delivery?+

Endrare is a software and AI partner led by Deependra, who is your direct point of contact for the engagement. The agreement defines source code and design handover, intellectual property terms, third-party accounts, and any ongoing service costs. Delivery includes the documentation and knowledge transfer specified in the scope. Maintenance or further development can be agreed separately, with response times and coverage made explicit rather than assumed.
